Enjoyed at lovely evening at the Mental Health Museum and met some wonderful artists who shared the stories behind their beautiful work. The 'Liable to Flood' Exhibition is on until the 29th September 2017. The museum hold some remarkable historic objects and is a very inspiring place to visit.

Mental Health and the statistics being discussed on Look North last night. Really inspiring to listening to Nick and Sophie share their stories. The impact art has in supporting individuals diagnosed with mental illness.
It was quite rewarding to see my work in the foreground only in the context that I feel very passionate about art therapy within the treatment of mental health and emotional connection it reveals.
